Growing up in the hotel business has been a comprehensive educational experience in itself, but Tony has worked extensively at the front desk, maintenance, sales and most recently as a General Manager. Many hotels today focus training efforts on hospitality and guest service efficiency only. Tony has learned throughout the years to provide a more comprehensive sales training which the position calls for in today's economy. The front desk team faces many other sales opportunities every day, but most are unaware of those opportunities. Tony trains other Front Desk Service Agents to: * Capture more walk-in business by creating the right first impression * Turn dissatisfied guests into satisfied and loyal guests for the long term * Up-selling during registration * Increasing return program guests. * Maintaining maximum rates during tough times * Doing "What ever it takes" to get and keep the guest
