
The many years of Bill’s experience in hospitality management, resort and restaurant ownership, and as a college business and hospitality instructor has been purposefully coupled with his education and training in psychology and counseling to develop a unique and influential understanding of humanity. His passion for identifying, encouraging and developing leadership skills in people contributes heavily to the success of our company and clients. He directs the development and implementation of regional strategies for meeting goals in the areas of sales, revenue generation, market share performance, guest satisfaction scores, and human resource development. Additional responsibilities included site inspections, audits, community relations and conflict resolution. He counts some of his major accomplishments as opening numerous new hotels, including equipping, hiring and training a superior staff for several mid-range and up-scale hotels. He has been instrumental in developing markets and relationships with government officials and entities in the U.S., China and five Middle Eastern countries.
